Nobody can afford to be an amateur when it comes to communications these days. We have a long track record of ensuring that everyone involved with communications is as great as they can be.
Our training and development supports people at all levels in organisations. Recently we have:- delivered knowledge and skills training to communications teams in the public sector, international companies and consultancies
- trained line managers on communication processes and skills
- coached individual communications managers to develop their skills
- developed competency statements for whole teams and conducted skills audits
We also work closely with communications managers to help them develop their own skills and practice. We provide experience and understanding of good practice to help professionals grow and improve their effectiveness.
