Change and Internal Communications is run by Liam FitzPatrick who has 20 years’ experience of change, PR and internal communications gained in consultancy and in–house.

Liam has worked in civil engineering, energy, manufacturing and transportation as well as telecoms. He was Global Head of Internal Communications at Marconi during its financial restructuring and has worked on change and transformation projects in a wide variety of situations.

As well as lecturing at universities he’s also active in defining best practice. He is the co-author of the definitive guide to competencies for internal communicators and a contributor to the Gower Handbook of Internal Communications. He is the co-creator of the acclaimed Black Belt series of training for internal communicators.
